I’m Bev, and if it belongs in a kitchen, I’ve probably cooked with it, reviewed it, or spilled it. Over my career, I’ve developed, tested, and tasted more than 18,000 recipes. Yes, somebody had to do all that tasting, and I heroically volunteered!

When I taught cooking classes and did live demos, I made it my mission to keep things lively and packed with useful tips, tricks, and techniques.
